One of the capacities that we require the most is our capacity to autonomously work. Working freely really implies:


Being mindful, self-checking and automatic . Understanding what you want to do and when.


• Stepping up to the plate instead of hanging tight for another person to give us guidance what to do. • Doing what is asked actually surprisingly well with no outer or inward apprehension.


• Figuring out how to function at a good speed so our work is finished on time.


• Taking responsibility for botches and not searching for reasons or 'attempt at finger pointing.


• Not letting our self-uncertainty or pessimistic feelings hamper our present or future activities.


The followings are the seven fundamental abilities that we want to sharpen to freely work:

1. Hierarchical abilities: It is a fundamental necessity to know what to do, when and where to begin

2. Performing multiple tasks capacity: It is your capacity to deal with more than each thing in turn and complete each


3.Discipline: It is most significant ability to save you and your activities in track for the effective fulfillment of the main job .


4. Relational abilities: It assists you with interfacing with yourself as well likewise with others for the help and participation expected to complete the work within reach.


5. Arranging abilities: It is your capacity to see the master plan. It calls for foresightedness and readiness to oblige others' thoughts to assist all.


6. Adaptability or flexibility: It is your quality to adjust your functioning style (without settling with the nature of work) to suit others working with you.


7. Capacity to manage dismissal and not to once more think about it literally: This requires a 'never-say-pass on' disposition and receptiveness to confront disappointment but not get debilitated and begin.
